Beginning in November 2016, and continuing through April 2017, PSV will be hosting several culinary events on the island.

Our wine and rum educational experiences were again a huge success this season, encouraging us to partner up with more specialist producers for the coming year.

November 14–21, 2016

West Indies Beer
Mark Heath, the owner and brewmaster of West Indies Beer, will be hosting for PSV guests two ale educational experiences on his brewing techniques in collaboration with the launch of his tipples and full repertoire of brewed delights. We’ll be adding their Dockside Ale and Sundown Cider to both of our on-island bars this coming season.

Organic Wines from Badger Mountain Vineyard
Mickey Dunn
, sales manager of Badger Mountain Vineyard will guide PSV guests through their well-established organic viticulture methods as well as exploring the comparison of organic wine versus conventional wine.

Tenuta Cassanova Returns

Our regular Italian wine hosts, Silvano and Rita, from Tenuta Cassanova in Tuscany, will be visiting PSV for the fourth time to showcase their award- winning olive oils, balsamic vinegars and amazing truffle oils.

Wonderfully Crafted Wines from Milbrandt Vineyards

Butch and Lisa Milbrandt of Milbrandt Vineyards will be returning for a second time in March 2017. They delighted our guests this past April with an incredible selection of their wonderfully crafted wines and we thoroughly look forward to their return.


April 23–30 2017

Dutton Goldfield Winery

Dan and Lisa Goldfield from Dutton Goldfield Winery will be joining us for their first stopover in April 2017 whose mission is to craft wines that offer the intricacy, bright fruit structure and balance that are reflective of their cool coastal home of California.
