Join this year’s lineup of vintners, rum experts and beer makers coming to PSV–December 2018 through May 2019.

Each of our producers have individually created interesting experiences for guests to partake that shed light on the process of making their tasty creations. Learn what choices go into the making of a delicious beverage: from what land to cultivate, the use of special yeasts, the fermentation process, barrel-aging techniques—down to their day-to-day maintenance practices—which all factor into the pleasure of tasting each of their award-winning creations! 

December 10 - 18, 2018 

Organic Wines from Badger Mountain Vineyard
Mickey Dunn, sales manager of Badger Mountain Vineyard will guide PSV guests through their well-established organic viticulture methods as well as exploring the comparison of organic wine versus conventional wine.

December 4, 2018  &  May 25, 2019

West Indies Beer
Mark Heath, the owner and brewmaster of West Indies Beer, will be hosting for PSV guests two ale and cider educational experiences on his brewing techniques.

December 4, 2018  &  February 16, 2019 

Lisette Davis, is a world-renowned rum expert and rum judge, she will be guiding guests through the varied techniques of producing fine barrel-aged rums.

Wonderfully Crafted Wines from Milbrandt Vineyards

Butch and Lisa Milbrandt of Milbrandt Vineyards will be returning for a fourth time in February 2019 with an incredible selection of their wonderfully crafted wines.
