An enjoyable alternative to the delicious daily changing menus at the main pavilion restaurant, our festive beach barbecues treat guests to a plethora of gourmet delights.
Open flame charcoal-smoked marinated pork ribs, succulent Black Agus beef and freshly-grilled lobster infuse the warm sea breeze with mouthwatering aromas. A buffet of tasty salads and sides complement the dishes. Ease into the evening and soak in the warm dramatic colors of the sky as the sun slowly disappears over the horizon, and dance to the Caribbean beat of our local West Indian steel pan band.
A personal invite to the barbecues will be delivered to your cottage or beach villa, but should you wish to not attend, our team will be more than happy to hand deliver a selection of the gourmet barbecue treats for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own cottage or villa’s dining areas.
Petit St. Vincent’s barbecues are usually held at the beach restaurant. For special occasions you may choose to arrange a more romantic dining experience with your own private chef and butler, tucked away at one of our more secluded beach locations such as West End Beach.
