We even have our own room service flag system. Simply write a note, or fill out a menu form, before raising your yellow flag and our team of butlers that circle the island in Mini Mokes will deliver whatever you desire direct to your door. And for those times when you'd like a little more privacy? When the red flag is raised outside your villa, you won't be disturbed.

Meet our management team
Phil is the board chairman and majority owner of Freedom Resorts Ltd., which owns and operates Petit St. Vincent. A native of Texas, he previously founded and ran businesses in the petroleum and asset management industries before "retiring” to the Caribbean. Phil studied politics and then law at Harvard University. He is an avid sailor and diver, both of which can be enjoyed at Petit St. Vincent.
Robin is one of the founders and shareholders of Freedom Resorts Ltd. He is a UK citizen, born in Tanzania, and a long-time resident of Barbados. Robin has over 30 years' experience in the International Residential Property market and has been the CEO and majority shareholder in a number of UK real estate businesses including Hamptons International. Since 2005, Robin has invested in a number of Caribbean real estate projects. He has a collection of fine wines and his hobbies include sailing, golf and water sports.
Matthew joined us as General Manager in 2011. He hails from Britain and has years of experience running luxury resorts in Southeast Asia and Africa. Most recently, he was the General Manager at the Karma Jimbaran Resort in Bali, Indonesia, and before that was the General Manager at Fundu Lagoon Resort on Pemba Island in Zanzibar, Tanzania. He also worked with the renowned Áman Resort Group as Assistant Manager for their Ámanwana Resort on Moyo Island, Indonesia. Matthew began his career in hospitality working as a chef and is also a certified diving instructor.
Anie joined us as Executive Assistant Manager in August 2011. Anie comes to Petit St.Vincent after serving as the Director of Rooms at The Balé Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali, and previously as the Assistant Manager at the Fundu Lagoon Resort in Zanzibar. Prior to this she served as the Cruise Director for Ámanwana Resort on Moyo Island in her native Indonesia, and is also a certified diving instructor.
Otnel is our Assistant General Manager and has worked at Petit St. Vincent since 1975. For many years, Otnel was the right-hand man to the resort's founder, Haze Richardson. In fact Otnel needs little introduction as he is one of the first faces recognized by our many returning guests. Otnel is originally from St. Vincent and he loves to travel, particularly when it involves visiting members of his family in New York and Vermont.
